Smriti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and an MBA from Institute of Management Technology. She is certified in Level A & B (Intermediate) from British Psychological Society and Baron EQi, an instrument to assess Emotional intelligence. She is also certified in MBTI Step I & II and Hogan Assessments. She is trained in designing and implementing assessment and development centres. She has the accreditation of Associated Certified Coach, International Coaching Federation, USA and is a Certified Coach with Coaching Development UK. She is also certified in Transactional Analysis and is a Neuro-linguistic Practitioner.

Smriti has over 20 years’ extensive consulting experience in Organisational Development/Learning and Human Performance Improvement, outside Nigeria.  She had worked for KPMG Professional Services Nigeria and she was a self-employed consultant, handling a wide variety of clients’ consulting and training needs in the area of people development. She currently practices coaching with clients in India, London, Nigeria and South Africa.

Other than training and consultancy in the field of organisational development, Smriti also has wide experience in handling Assessment and Development centres for middle and senior management. Her experience covers a wide range of industries, including the financial services industry, manufacturing sector, telecommunications, utilities, and the oil and gas sectors.
