Tutu graduated with Honours in English from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. She is a KPMG International accredited trainer and an American Society for training & Development (ASTD) accredited Master Trainer. She is MBTI certified as well as accredited on Baron EQi instrument used for the assessment of Emotional Intelligence. She has also completed the learning requirements required for the award of ASTD’s Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP ) certificate.

She is an accredited trainer and has also been certified on the Baron EQi instrument used to assess Emotional Intelligence. She is responsible for the design and delivery of training programmes across the various levels in the firm.

Tutu has over 10 years’ experience in executive search and selection, training and development. She has been involved in the design and delivery of training programmes to enhance skills of the human capital of numerous organisations from entry to senior management levels.

She has also been involved in job analysis, development of competency frameworks, and identification and selection of personnel for entry level to management positions in the leading companies in various sectors: public, telecommunications, oil and gas, banking and finance, manufacturing and international agencies. Tutu has been deeply involved in the design and delivery of training programmes for various clients.
